La Revue du Vin de France January - 2023
La Revue du Vin de France
Green Guide 2023 Fleshy and gourmet texture, fairly sunny profile but deep in the Spiegel 2019, quite sparkling but without the complexity and intensity of the 2020.

Domaine Dirler-Cadé

Dirler-Cadé is a family estate founded in 1871 and located in the Alsace wine region. Dirler Cadé represents 5 successive generations who became pioneers in sparkling wine production in the 19th century. In 1998, they began practising biodynamics, convinced that it is the best possible way to produce true terroir wines.

They offer an impressive range of dry white wines with magnificent expressions of the grand crus - Kitterlé, Saering, Spiegel and Kessler - in reference to the four elements: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.

The wines are invigorating, nicely nervous, the Sylvaner shows a lot of volume and intensity of flavours, right through to its incisive finish.
