La Revue du Vin de France January - 2023
La Revue du Vin de France
Green Guide 2023 Fulfilling and luscious texture, a rather sunny but profound profile in the 2019 Spiegel, quite scintillating but lacking the complexity and intensity of the 2020.

Domaine Dirler-Cadé

Dirler-Cadé is a family estate founded in 1871 and located in the Alsace wine region. Dirler-Cadé is the legacy of five successive generations who became pioneers in the production of sparkling wines in the 19th century. In 1998, they began practicing biodynamic farming, convinced that it was the best possible way to produce truly terroir-driven wines.

They offer an impressive range of fine dry white wines featuring the magnificent expressions of the grands crus – Kitterlé, Saering, Spiegel, and Kessler – in reference to the four elements: Earth, Water, Air, and Fire.

The wines are lively and lively, with the Sylvaner exhibiting great volume and intense flavors, right through to its incisive finish.
