Domaine les Aurelles
The Domaine Les Aurelles, located 30km from the Mediterranean Sea between Montpellier and Bézier, benefits from a temperate climate due to its proximity to the Massif Central. Founded in 1995, a bioclimatic cellar was built in 2001, and environmentally respectful soil and vine cultivation practices were implemented in 2005.
The vines are planted on hillsides on ancient Quaternary terraces covered with rounded pebbles. They also benefit from basaltic scree which, rich in minerals, forges part of the personality of the estate's wines. The wines are fruity, full-bodied and spicy with aromas of black fruits, grape and silky tannins.
