1893 Wine
The 1893 vintage, an early but good quality vintage. In Bordeaux, it was an extraordinary year. Ideal weather conditions with a beautiful spring season: warm weather and early flowering. As a result, grapes ripened very early and were harvested in mid-August. The wines are generally of good quality in this vintage. Old port wines from 1893 are very successful.
