HENRI BONNEAU Cuvée Marie Beurrier 2014
- New
The Henri Bonneau estate is a wine estate in the Rhône. Located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the estate covers only 6 hectares of vines. The grape varieties grown there are Grenache (85%), Mourvèdre, and Syrah, planted on the prestigious Crau plateau. With a terroir characteristic of Châteauneuf-du-Pape: the rolled pebbles, the Henri Bonneau estate offers highly expressive great Rhône wines.
The specificity of the wines produced here is that they come from old vines with very low yields. The cellar dates back to the 17th century, and the barrels are covered in dust and moss, in contrast to modern methods. The ageing of red and white wines is very specific as it will last between 5 and 8 years until bottling.
