The Henri Bonneau estate is a Rhône wine estate. Located in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the estate extends over only 6 hectares of vines. The grape varieties harvested there are Grenache (85%), Mourvèdre, Syrah planted on the prestigious Crau plateau. With a characteristic terroir of Châteauneuf du Pape: rolled pebbles, the Henri Bonneau estate offers great expressive Rhône wines. The specificity of the wines produced here is that they come from old vines, with very low yields. The cellar dates from the 17th century, and the barrels are covered in dust and moss, unlike modern methods. The aging of red and white wines is very specific because it will last between 5 and 8 years until bottling.
