1927 Wine
The wines of 1927, excellent successes in Sauternes. In Bordeaux, the 1927 vintage did not produce very great wines. However, the sweet wines of Sauternes from the 1927 vintage are of excellent quality. Despite slight variations between châteaux, all sweet white wines are sappy, sweet and fragrant. For this vintage, a sweet white wine from Sauternes would therefore be more preferable.
