Superb nose of gingerbread, brioche, full, complex palate, more in power than in freshness, very coherent in its construction. A white wine for great gastronomy, consider sweetbreads. A parallel with great Burgundy would make sense. If Aurel does not have the soaring quality of a chevalier-montrachet, it is immensely broad in the manner of grand montrachet.
