Cellar Tracker
Two and a half years after my first bottle, this wine has improved greatly. The once bold, almost insolent fruitiness has mellowed and is now well integrated. The acidity is much more pronounced and adds freshness and lightness. The wine needs a good two hours to open up in a decanter, but it seems to be right at its peak plateau.
