Beautiful bouquet with still some cassis and red berries, sweet smoke, tobacco, leather and beautiful oak. On the palate juicy red berries, forest floor, good acidity and a touch of sweetness. The tannin is soft and still has some bite. Considering the vintage the wine performed above expectations. Completely ready, but no extreme hurry to drink it; over the next two years is probably wise.

Impressive aromas of cedar and ripe fruit. Full-bodied and very chewy with ripe, big tannins and a long, flavourful finish.

Robert PARKER - The Wine Advocate
An excellent wine with deep, sweet, blackcurrant and mineral-scented fruit, pure, ripe flavors, medium body, and well-integrated acidity and tannin.

Dark red colour. Bright. Beautiful. Purple. Medium intensity nose. Fruity. Woody, in a foreign style. On swirling, a bit planky. Inky note. Soft attack, developing on a velvety structure, quite elegant in its texture, of medium concentration, which evolves on a flavour of fruit, of wood, towards a finish with very well-balanced tannicity, without austerity. Good persistence on slightly charred nuances. We'll have to wait for this wood to fade.
