Not as big as I remember, but delicious. An aromatic '89 of rose petal, berry character. Medium-bodied, with medium-chewy tannins and a medium finish.

Ruby red color. Medium intensity. Brilliant. Clean nose of medium intensity. Fruity. When shaken, clean, intense, fruity and quite fine. Soft attack developing on a tender and very peppery structure. Slow evolution on fat and rather supple tannins. Very long aromatic persistence where comes complexity and nuance.

Colour somewhat evolved. Melted tannins. Pleasant to drink today. The serving temperature is important. This wine should not be at room temperature, but a bit colder.
