expert's opinions
Blackish garnet. A slightly bretty nose but resolved and evolved. Then the Cabernet comes out on the palate. The finish closes down. Pretty tough. Dry finish. But smooth on the way.

At 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, it's a pretty typical assemblage. It shows classy pencil shavings, tobacco and cassis on the nose, ample weight on the palate and silky tannins. It remains fresh and long on the finish, a lovely example of Mas de Daumas Gassac, with seemingly plenty of life ahead of it.

Concentrated hue. Intense nose of ripe stone fruits backed by garrigue and a touch of burnt oak. Powerful, fleshy palate revealing good aromatic balance (fruit, spices, oak). Ripe, quality tannins. A robust wine for game.

Château informations
Mas Daumas Gassac Vin de Pays de l'Hérault. The Wine of Aniane displays a beautiful black-purple robe, appearing young while its nose intensely expresses empyreumatic and fruity aromas. The palate reveals itself elegant, deep, smooth as a naiad's body. The tannins are supple and fine, with a long, spicy finish... Delicious
