Really extraordinary and absolutely recognisable as Pomerol. Great Pomerol nose, still some fruit, good tannin and long finish. Just right. Won't improve but no rush. Glad I waited.

Bordeaux red colour. Vermilion reflections. Medium intensity. Nose of medium intensity. Too toasted. Oaky. Little presence on the attack. Juicy structure developing very flavoursome on increasingly assertive tannins with an overly present woody flavour on the finish. Finishes rustic. May perhaps mellow.
