Jean-Marc Quarin January - 2001
Jean-Marc Quarin
Bordeaux red colour. Medium to good intensity. Evolved. Medium intensity nose. Fruity. Very ripe. Surprising. Still a note of varnish. On swirling too much varnish behind the note of plum in alcohol. The wine presents a good balance in the opening and mid-palate, but it finishes more simply in the finish and drying. However, the tannin here is less grainy than on the previous ones. Drinkable.
