Pale yellow. Astonishing. It recalls the flower of Sémillon and dried fruit and leads one to believe it is a sweet wine. Similar. Complex and totally unexpected for a dry wine. The richness is such that one thinks of a sweet wine. Very fine and mineral in its development on the palate, it develops constantly caressing to finish drier, more mineral, a hint of smokiness, all in tactile nuances. Very astonishing and full of mystery. Rare wine.
