Jean-Marc Quarin
(06-2000) Red. Bordeaux. Evolve on the bangs. Net. Average intensity. Resin and fruit notes cooked or candied. Nevertheless, it remains fresh and without heaviness. The same. Intense. Soft attack, developing on a medium body and rather slippery in his touch. The flavor is the one described on the nose. Tasty finish on a rather complex note of resin and a more empyreumatic touch. In the end, the grain of the tannin is a bit rustic.
