La Revue du Vin de France
It asserts itself with this sweet blend of fruit and noble plant. The palate is based on this lovely, refined fruit, a solid substance and fine, elegant tannins.

Sweet and a bit jammy on the nose. Broad and a bit wild flowery. Lots of tension. Is this the biodynamic sample? [Yes, it is.] Slightly dry finish.

Domaine Dujac

Producer of Burgundy wines, the Dujac estate is located in Morey-Saint-Denis in the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation. Founded in 1967 by Jacques Seysses, heir to a famous biscuit factory (Belin), he then wanted to retrain and engage in viticulture.

The estate's wines began to be bottled in 1969. In 2005, the estate expanded with prestigious plots: Malconsorts, Romanée-Saint-Vivant and Chambertin. Since 2008, the Dujac estate has adopted reasoned agriculture that respects the environment by being certified organic.

Today it covers nearly 17 hectares, the vines are on average 35 years old and the harvest is done by hand. The grape varieties produced there are Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
