Jean-Marc Quarin May - 2023

In jeroboam. Particularly fresh wine in this format, offering a flavoursome palate, with a tender and fragrant body. Gastronomes will appreciate knowing that the score rises to 17.5 when paired with veal sweetbreads. At this age, the choice of dish is crucial.

Opulent, ripe red with sweet plums and dark berry fruits on the palate. An 18 year old wine that is at its peak offering attractive, harmonious flavours with fairly long length.

Adrian van Velsen - vvWine
Mature ruby, orange-coloured edges. The nose is clearly marked by tertiary aromas, showing cedar wood and mushroom alongside some Grand Marnier and vermouth. On the palate very accessible, good to drink, melted tannins, appropriate acidity, the fruit is still present on the palate, the wine resonates medium-long. A very nicely matured wine, light-footed, airy in character.

Very refined. Lovely perfumed wine of floral, berry and strawberry aromas. Full-bodied, with velvety tannins and a long, silky aftertaste.
