This is a structured wine, firm with tannins and still showing some of the wood-aging. Red-berry fruits are cut with crisper blueberries and considerable acidity. This is going to be a firm wine that is lightened by the fruit, and a very good representative of the vintage.

Since 1933, Pauillac, Medoc, the company Baron Philippe de Rothschild is driven by a constant ambition: to make the best wines of the world, each in its category. Castles of its wines, which it manages, as illustrated Chateau Mouton Rothschilds, Premier Cru Classé Pauillac and Château Clerc Milon brilliant mates and Chateau d'Armailhac. Le Clerc Milon Pauillac is a very beautiful, with a beautiful aromatic complexity. Notes of currants, violets, freshly picked berries with a hint of vanilla and mineral are found in the nose and mouth. Le Clerc Milon is well positioned to be among the best vintages of this domain. Generally fairly early, Clerc Milon 1998 is already déliciieux. It seems to be thick and full of substance, with a charm, subtle fragrance intoxicates you with an intense and unparalleled precision. A large open Pauillac. .
