Château Croizet Bages is a Bordeaux wine estate located in Pauillac in the Gironde region. Classified as a fifth growth in the official 1855 Bordeaux wine classification, the grand vin is rich, well-balanced and very aromatic. Among the estate's greatest vintages, we recommend Château Croizet Bages 1945, the 1953 and 1961 vintages. We recommend the Château Croizet Bages 1982 as well as the Croizet Bages 1990 and Croizet Bages 2006.

The history of Château Croizet Bages begins in the 18th century when the Croizet brothers, one a notary and the other a clerk, acquired several plots of land. In 1790, Jean de Puytarac was at the helm of the estate. It was then bought in 1853 by Julien Calvé and took the name Calvé-Croizet à Bages. In 1855, it was classified as a 5th growth under its current name: Château Croizet Bages. It was bought again in 1942, this time by a broker named Paul Quié. In 1968, his son succeeded him, and currently his grandchildren, Jean-Philippe and Anne-Françoise Quié, manage the property. Jean-Philippe Quié oversees the estate's management with the help of Jean-Louis Camp, oenologist, Technical and Commercial Director.
