Domaine Huet is a wine estate in the Loire Valley. In the Vouvray appellation, all of Noël Pinguet's expertise is devoted to the vine and the wine according to the most natural principles possible, allowing them to approach perfection. Domaine Huet cultivates its vines according to the principles of biodynamics (certified by Biodyvin in 2002). The cuvées, differentiated by their terroir origins, display an exquisite purity that calls for every superlative. 'Le Mont' is all about mineral elegance, 'Haut-Lieu' offers suppleness with a tender side, and 'Clos du Bourg' is the most structured.

In 2006, half of the harvest was eliminated and the result is superb — Chenin purists will be delighted.
