Château Château Capbern Gasqueton
Château Capbern Gasqueton
Denise Capbern Gasqueton, also the owner of Château Calon-Ségur, has given her name to this neighbouring Cru Bourgeois. The estate comprises 37 hectares of vines with an average age of 35 years, consisting of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, and 15% Cabernet Franc. As with Calon-Ségur, Bordeaux classicism is the order of the day at Château Capbern Gasqueton. The vinification process, entirely traditional, produces fine and elegant wines that represent a model of classic Saint-Estèphe at a reasonable price.
