Château Haut Mayne Bergerac wines. Recently consolidated and expanded, the estate is located on the Bonneville plateau in the heart of the Montravel wine appellation in Montaigne's country. Since then, four generations of winemakers have succeeded each other on this property. The wines are produced using current oenological methods, maceration, settling, fermentation at controlled temperature. These are very aromatic wines, velvety on the palate while being well structured. They can be drunk young but can withstand several years of aging.
