Jean-Marc Quarin
Light yellow colour, chick. Green reflections, not yet quite clear. Nose of low intensity. At once toasted and very fruity, pear and quite fine. With swirling, fine and more complex on a woody background. Very fine attack, delicate, soft, subtle, developing on a suave, complex, glycerine-rich structure, evolving with plenty of fruit on a melting, nuanced and refined structure towards a long, flavoursome finish with no excess whatsoever. A great, fine wine.
