Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle rim lightening. A hint of cassis, liquorice and candied violets, a hint of grapefruit zest, mineral nuances, inviting bouquet. Juicy, elegant, fine texture, pleasant extract sweetness, ripe cherries, integrated tannins, good freshness, a very balanced food companion with blackberry compote in the finale. Already good to drink.
