On the nose, a subtle, cool note of wet chalk meets fresh lemon, with sparkling, bright overtones adding even fresher accents. On the palate it is concentrated, streamlined, supple and shows both power and elegance. The bubbles are tiny and soft on a medium body full of freshness. The finish is long and lively, it will become significantly better with bottle ageing.
