Saturday evening in Megeve and pairing with a cote de boeuf aubrac. Informal tasting nose. Nice purple Color. Smoky nose. Like the acidity, silky tannins, saline finish. Dense fruits, Mediterranean herbs, sous bois, light peppery note, very nice salinity. Rather excellent.
