Château de Fieuzal
Château de Fieuzal, Cru Classé, Pessac-léognan, Bordeaux. Château de Fieuzal is a wine estate located in Léognan in the Gironde. Located in the Pessac-Léognan AOC, it is classified as a grand cru in the Graves wine classification. Château de Fieuzal belonged to Gérard Griberlin for 25 years, who installed new winemaking equipment when he started. With favorable terroir and thriving vines, Château Fieuzal has produced superb vintages, though it has sometimes struggled. Since 2001, Château Fieuzal has been owned by Irish businessman Lochaln Quinn. Together with his director Stephen Carrier, they form a powerful duo constantly working to elevate the wine's quality and offer their enthusiasts wines worthy of its status and past reputation. Château Fieuzal produces a second red wine, L'Abeille de Fieuzal.
