Tasted blind. Very serious nose, all dark fruits, bacon fat, smoked meat and a subtle violet note. Richness on the mouthfeel, a real suggestion of minerality, a peppery spice and ripe succulent and juicy dark fruit. Good concentration of fruit with precise and honed tannins.
