Wine Enthusiast December - 2019
Wine Enthusiast
This is the richer of the two prestige cuvées from this producer. It is made for aging and this Champagne is still very young. All the elements are there, including rich fruits, spice and good acidity. But wait at least until 2022 for this wine to approach maturity.

Andreas Larsson - Tasted January - 2019
Andreas Larsson - Tasted
Bright light golden colour with a gentle mousse. Layered aromas with a floral touch, fresh fig, pear, ripe citrus and some butterscotch. The palate is unctuous and creamy with nice grip and discreet power, a fresh backbone with creamy mousseux, elegant fruit and a long lingering finish. An elegant classic style built for long ageing.

Bettane et Desseauve January - 2019
Bettane et Desseauve
Hommage au Fondateur, a genetic synthesis illustrated by this straw colour. The first fragrances are inwardly very floral, honey flows from it with great aromatic quality. White stone fruits with thick flesh feed on texture and sweet spicy condiments. The evolution is a refreshing movement whose spectacle captivates us, flint, mint liquorice mingle with freshly cut aromatic herbs. The undulations play between refinement and mutual broadening, notes of quince, melon and frangipane escape from it. It is luxuriant. The palate has a crispness that runs through the elements from end to end, ample and elongated at once, its relief is ultimate, precise, deliciously savoury and nourished by great oily peanut bitters in the finish. A young man endowed with remarkable promise for tomorrow.

Vinum Wine Magazine December - 2020
Vinum Wine Magazine
Superb, complex bouquet of ripe fruit, herbs, walnuts, baking spices, then developing mature patina of cocoa and prune; full opening, immensely dense development, exceptional breed, ideal length on notes of dried fruits; impressive, characterful wine that may continue to mature.

Guide vert 2021 The power of the 2009 vintage combined with the strength of William give birth to a deep, intense and rich wine on the palate. Great amplitude and long persistence.

Jancis Robinson April - 2022

Big and bold. Fairly rich but with a tight bead. No shortage of character: a mix of coffee and green fruit, but those two elements are miraculously intertwined by now. This would be great with food. No signs of age.

Gault & Millau January - 2018
Gault & Millau
On the nose, marked by Pinot, with notes of evanescent black fruits, noble toasted aromas and fresh grapes, followed by a palate full of structure and contained power. A wine still very young, with an invigorating chew that should be forgotten in the cellar for a few years.

Château Deutz

Deutz
Champagne Deutz: Delicious, subtle, generous, and indulgent. Champagne Deutz embodies all the clichés of the world's most festive wine. The Champagne Deutz supply vineyard is qualified as "very high percentage", which means exceptional in the Champagne classification of parcels. Only the first juices from pressing, the purest and finest, are allowed in the bottle. 30 months of patience are necessary for the maturity to be achieved in the cellar.
