Dark and evolved colour. Old-fashioned nose. Animal notes, with a fruitiness that is both ripe and less ripe. A suave entry on the palate, the wine develops with lots of fruit, silky and creamy, with flavour and enveloped tannins. An extracted finish where the tannin grips. It needs decanting.
