Château La Lagune

Château La Lagune is a wine estate in the Bordeaux region located in Ludon-Médoc. On the Left Bank of the Garonne, Château La Lagune produces its wines in Haut-Médoc and is classified as a third growth in the official 1855 Médoc wine classification. Certified organic since 2016, with a large vineyard of 81 hectares, the estate primarily cultivates Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (30%) with a complement of Petit Verdot (10%). In addition to the grand vin, the Château also produces two other wines: a second wine called "Le Moulin de La Lagune" and the "Mademoiselle L" cuvée.

For tasting or gifting, we recommend Château La Lagune, Château La Lagune 1945, La Lagune 1982 and Château La Lagune 1988. Finally, La Lagune 1989 and Château La Lagune 2000 are particularly good.
