Château Croix De Gay

Château La Croix de Gay is a Bordeaux wine estate located on the high terrace of Pomerol, a few hundred meters from Pétrus and L'Evangile. The vineyard covers an average area of 10 hectares and extends over clay-gravel and sandy-gravel soils with an iron-rich subsoil. The two grape varieties grown there are Merlot (95%) and Cabernet Franc (5%).

Among the estate's finest achievements, the best vintages are 1945, 1947, the 1961 vintage and 1966. We also recommend the Château Croix de Gay 1990, Croix de Gay 1995 and Croix de Gay 2009.
