Château Rabaud-Promis is a wine estate near Bordeaux. It was classified as a Premier Cru in the 1855 Sauternes classification and is located close to Château d'Yquem. The grape variety composition consists of 80% Sémillon, Sauvignon, and a small amount of Muscadelle.

The harvesting is done manually and takes place in several passes, that is, in several successive rounds to pick up the grapes concentrated by botrytis cinerea, the fungus responsible for noble rot. The subsequent vinification is done plot by plot, with fermentation in stainless steel or oak, followed by ageing for 12 to 18 months in barrels that are more or less new depending on the vintage.
