The House of Gelas et Fils has a selection of Armagnacs that was initiated by Pierre Gélas 60 years ago. These are blends that are either reduced to 40% vol or left at their natural strength, and filtered before bottling. Through his experience and knowledge of different terroirs, he has been able to establish a choice of very varied spirits. The great principle, innovative at the time, was to bottle the spirits straight from the cask, that is to say at their aging strength and without filtration. For some batches, the bottling dates are very old. Maison Gelas et Fils offers spirits at a time deemed optimal for their aging.
