Robert PARKER - The Wine Advocate
Revealing a style similar to Pavie-Macquin, this backward, dense purple-coloured St.-Emilion exhibits a liquid limestone-like character along with abundant floral notes, considerable depth yet a structured as well as tannic, backward, pure personality. It requires another 4-5 years of bottle age, and should last 15-20 years thereafter.

Jeff Leve - The Wine Cellar Insider
Fully mature, medium/full-bodied with an earthy plum, espresso, smoke, liquorice, and dark cocoa-packed perfume, the wine continues to rock the palate with its plush, silky, sensuous textures and earth, imbued fruit on the palate and in the finish. This is clearly fully mature, no decanting, pop, pour and enjoy.

Jancis Robinson
Very dark crimson. Lovely round, convincing nose. This wine has both warmth and integrity on the nose. On the palate it may lack the full-on complexity and weight of Les Grandes Murailles but it is very much of the same style. Lots of tannin there for future development. Not tarty. Very slightly inky and pinched but lots in common with Château Les Grandes Murailles.
