Medium garnet colour. Cherry, clay, pot soil, leather, cedar in the bouquet. Medium body. Pleasant lingering but powerful acidity dominating throughout the palate and finish, makes it a perfect food wine (had with burger tatare and home made chips). Extremely well balanced. Long complex finish with beforementioned acidity mixed with baking spices, vanilla.
