Domaines Domaine Gangloff, great wines of the Rhône Valley by Julie Berteloot 30 June 2024 30 June 2024 12K views 12K The artist from the Rhône Valley Yves Gangloff is a wine artist. He bought vines in Delas, in the Northern Rhône Valley. Until the end of the 1980s, he sold most of his harvest to the merchants before developing the Domaine Gangloff in the following years. From 1992, he bottled the entire harvest. Success is immediate. The wines of the domaine Gangloff are becoming notable references among great lovers of Condrieu and Côte Rôtie. Extension The Domaine is growing very quickly and it produces in 3 major appellations of the Rhône Valley: Condrieu, Côte Rôtie and Saint Joseph on an area of 11 hectares. The reds enjoy a powerful, refined and deep aromatic intensity. The two Côte Rôtie vintages, La Barbarine and Sereine Noire, are very well balanced. Condrieu whites are creamy, garnished with honey, apricot and white flowers. The two whites from Saint Joseph are more recent production but just as popular. Yves Gangloff, a complete artist, from the bottle to the label The artistic touch of the domaine Gangloff does not stop at the contents of the bottles, but it also concerns the labels of the bottles, since they represent real paintings, all drawn by Pierre Gangloff, the brother of Yves Gangloff. domaine Gangloff is therefore an essential domain in the Rhône Valley for both red and white wines. 0 comments 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail You may also like… Château Brane-Cantenac: at the heart of the Margaux... 2 October 2026 Château Pavie: History, Terroir and Great Vintages of... 11 September 2026 Domaine Peyre Rose 28 August 2026 Bouchard Père & Fils: History, Grand Crus and... 23 July 2026 Château Figeac: The Great Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Born... 16 July 2026 Le domaine du Clos des Fées 10 July 2026 Domaine Marc Kreydenweiss: The Expression of Alsace’s Great... 23 June 2026 Christophe Pichon Estate: The Expression of the Great... 16 June 2026 Deutz Champagne: The Elegance of a Great Champagne... 15 June 2026 Guigal Estate: an essential name in the great... 24 April 2026
