Jean-Marc Quarin
(09-1990) Ruby red. Dark reflections. Correct intensity. Very brilliant. Nose sharp, intense and fine. Subtle shades of currants and cedar. Smoke. Slightly spicy on a fine woody background. In the agitation, woody, slightly toasted. Gentle attack. Development on a delicate structure, with fine tactile contact, of light intensity. Evolution on an oval-shaped mouth drawing towards a subtle, sweet, shimmering, very aromatic finish. A lot of pleasure.
