expert's opinions

With a nose that is showing secondary development, cedar, truffle, cigar box, lead pencil and cassis notes are easy to find. On the palate, the wine is earthy, fresh and polished, leaving you with a tannic, crisp, dark plum and cassis finish with a hint of truffle on the palate. Dark ruby garnet, youthful reflections, delicate watery rim. Fresh cherries on the nose, hardly any wood notes, still very restrained in the bouquet. Fresh on the palate, delicate red berry fruit, racy, well-integrated tannins, a delicate wine that has a surprisingly good length, pleasant extract sweetness in the aftertaste. Burgundian texture, which fits well with the Margaux canon.
