Jean-Marc Quarin September - 2000
Jean-Marc Quarin
Dark red color. Medium intensity. Slight evolution. Bright. Medium intensity nose. It needs to be aerated. Fruit and animal notes. More intense with agitation. Fruity. It takes on smoky and spicy notes in the evolution of the glass. Powerful with agitation. Energetic from the start, it develops juicy and quite fat without having a very tight texture. The tannin is enveloped and the wine finishes powerful and a little too warm. I would criticize it for its lack of complexity. It is a monobloc!
