Pale yellow, white rim. Very open nose, clearly Sauvignon-dominated and still with notes from the ageing, exotic fruits, white peach, grapefruit and apple, with white flowers above, very complex. Straightforward on the opening, then showing more and more pressure and volume, has body and smoothness, but is not heavy, sensational structure, wonderfully fresh, juicy and with excellent length.
