Strong ruby garnet, violet rim lightening. On the nose, fine praline filling, raspberries, orange peel, spices and chocolate. On the palate, fine violet fruit, juicy morello cherries, somewhat demanding tannins that still seem a little rough, extract-sweet finale, good development potential.

Château Croix De Gay
La Croix de Gay is located on the upper terrace of Pomerol, just a few hundred metres from Pétrus and L'Evangile. Chantal Lebreton took over from her father Noël Raynaud, who passed away after the 1997 harvest. Supported by her mother and brother, Dr Alain Raynaud (Château Quinault), she continues a long family tradition dating back to the 15th century... An enthusiastic winemaker, she has undertaken significant selection efforts in the vineyards. La Croix de Gay has confirmed clear progress in recent vintages, gaining in density.
