Jean-Marc Quarin September - 1990
Jean-Marc Quarin
Brick red color, evolved with still this ruby ??reflection. Intense and brilliant. Very intense and complex nose. Fruity, fresh nuances and notes of dust, olive, cedar, tobacco and undergrowth. In dense agitation. Fruity, woody and spicy. GOOD. Soft, distinguished attack, developing on a concentrated structure, with ripe flavors, with a fine and well-balanced tactile contact which evolves into an ascending mouthfeel and a rich, very aromatic, fruity, fatty and powerful tannin. Very large, tasty and intense finish. Lots of style. Completely ready to drink. Great wine.

Château Cadet Piola
The vineyards of Château Cadet-Piola was created to half of the eighteenth century. Today, it includes 7 hectares of vines are divided on which 51% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% of Pressac. The vines are aged about 35 years and have their roots in a clay-limestone. Harvesting is done manually and sorting occurs directly up at harvest. The wines are then aged in barrels before being bottled. Production averages 32,000 bottles per year. At Château Cadet-Piola, it emphasizes the importance of local. It must be fully expressed and reveal the authenticity of its origins. The wines are balanced, the wood does not hide the freshness and complexity of wine.
