Typical Bordeaux nose with plenty of blueberries, cassis, cigar box and sous-bois. The fruit is still here and shining, very precise and compact. Everything is on spot. On the palate smooth and sexy. Fresh and elegant. The fruit and the acidity are rocking the palate, accompanied by some tertiary aromas such as tobacco and pencil lead. Tannins still there but very soft.

Fully mature, elegant in style, medium bodied, and slightly more focused on the perfume, with its blend of tobacco, cigar box, cherries, flowers and herbs. The strong floral and herb character comes from the large amount of Cabernet Franc in the blend. There is some dryness in the finish, but the nose is so pretty and ripe has ripeness, I gloss over that. But that issue will increase with more cellaring as the fruit fades. There is no reason to age this wine any longer. The wine was produced from blending 47.6% Merlot , 35.4% Cabernet Sauvignon and 17% Cabernet Franc.

Aromas of blackberry and hints of liquorice and light wood. Full-bodied, with juicy tannins and cedar, plum and coffee aftertaste. Give this time.

Beautiful dark red with nuances. Very slight evolution. Normal intensity. Intense, fine and highly noted for its original sandalwood note. Fruity. Fresh. Here is a rather refined wine in its texture, which makes one regret a lack of depth in the finish. The consistency is normal. In my opinion, the half-bottle limits its expression. Will keep for another good ten years in this format.

Dark crimson with minerals, intrigue and some lusciousness on the nose. Lots of sweetness and appeal. Very round and appealing – seems as though it has quite a bit of Merlot in the blend.
