However, one exception remains: the Cathelin cuv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button aligncenter is-style-fill\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sodivin.co.uk\/3904-chave-jean-louis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">See all bottles of Jean Louis Chave<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">THe cuv\u00e9e Cathelin, a legendary wine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>The rarity of this cuv\u00e9e is explained by its low production of only 2000 bottles. <strong>Cuv\u00e9e Cathelin<\/strong> is produced only in great vintages such as 1990, 1995, 2000, 2003 or even the 2015 vintage.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Often very closed in its youth, the many years of dormancy in the cellar allow the wine to reveal its full potential, its aromas. Obviously, the secret was not waiting 27 years because I could not believe how great this was! Truffle, wet forest floor, black cherries, earth, spice, pepper and herbs only gets the party started! There is an insane opulent texture, tremendous concentration and a finish that does not quit.
