SoDivin expends as little energy as possible. The only energy we do us is in finding the best grands crus which are all located in France.
Three ways in which we respect the environment:
Zero paper
Our internet site is the only means of communication with our clients. They discover and to choose their bottles on our regularly updated site; there is no need to produce a printed publication. Orders and invoices are also processed without paper.
The SoDivin card that accompanies our wines is our only paper document. It is printed on recycled paper with vegetable-based ink.
Our packaging
We have chosen to ship our bottles in a special container constructed of styrofoam that is 100% recyclable. This offers the best protection in a lightweight construction. Its 98% air insures two essential qualities: physical and thermo protection.
Our manufacturer adheres to the Eco-Pse standards that are outlined by the European directive « Packaging and discarding of packaging ». Vous pouvez valoriser vos conteneurs en suivant les consignes de tri sélectif en vigueur à votre domicile. If you use the packaging to create a mini-cellar, they insure excellent stocking conditions for your bottles.
Transportation
Despite light compact packaging, transportation remains a concern for SoDivin in our mission toward sustainable development. To deliver our clients their wines rapidly and securely, we use the post office’s Chronopost or Colissimo service. This public company engages in environmental protection daily with its « clean » deliveries (Chrono city), packaging in recycled materials (ISO 14001) and by limiting pollutants. We follow with a lot of interest the state of the research in the reduction of greenhouse gases.
