2. Personal information
- No sharing information with 3rd parties
SoDivin is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.
We value your privacy at SoDivin, and will never release any private information nor account information to any party outside of SoDivin. SoDivin does not sell, rent, or give email or physical addresses nor personal information about its clients.
SoDivin takes measures to secure physically and electronically all personal information about our clients and we have strict procedures about the collection, conservation and the communication of this information to insure that this information remains secure and never communicated outside of SoDivin.
- Gift Recipients
We collect contact information, such as name, shipping address and phone number, for gift recipients to ensure correct gift delivery. We do not sell, share or rent any contact information for gift recipients with third parties. We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information that you provide to us regarding gift recipients, but they may receive offers from us highlighting new features, new products and services and special offers we think they will find of interest. Also we may send marketing offers to gift recipients. In connection with such offers, we allow gift recipients to opt out of receiving future marketing-related mailings from us.

- Automatic Bank Transfer
The transfer of funds from your bank account directly to our bank account is a very sound and secure method of payment. You simply give the account information of SoDivin and the amount to be transferred to your bank and the funds are directly deposited into SoDivin’s bank account in just a few business days. Your account information is not shared with the end recipient (in this case SoDivin) nor transferred over the internet, therefore this is a very secure method of payment.

Your bank may charge a fee to execute an automatic bank transfer independent of SoDivin. Please ask your bank directly if you have questions about the fees they may apply.
SoDivin ships the order immediately after funds have been received in our account.
- Bank Check or Money Order
SoDivin only accepts payment by bank check or money order from a bank located in France or Monaco drawn in euros. In case of payment by check or money order, it is immediately deposited. Son Divin will ship your order once your check once payment has been received which may take several business days.

4. Secure shipping methods
SoDivin ships all over the world. Shipment of wine is limited only by local laws of individual countries or states. SoDivin does its best to stay updated on importation laws of individual countries but as laws may change abruptly we cannot insure

SoDivin does everything possible to insure that you receive your merchandise undamaged, in exactly the state as it was when it left our cellar. SoDivin ships all of its merchandise in packaging especially designed to ship wine and uses shippers that are used to shipping such delicate merchandise.
