VAT is not applied to sales outside of the EU. Customs fees, label approbation and federal taxes are included. You will only be responsible for any local taxes at the time of delivery.

Laws regarding importation of alcohol to the United States vary drastically from state to state and are constantly changing. SoDivin is not responsible for any implications of Federal or State importation laws such as, but not limited to: delays, unforeseen taxes or fees, documents to sign, or refusal by the Federal or State governments to deliver the wine altogether. We encourage you before ordering wine to contact your State agency in charge of the importation of alcohol so that you are informed about local laws and regulations. At the moment of delivery, please verify that your packages are in good condition. If they are not, you must imperatively write on the transporter’s delivery note your precise and complete observations of the damage. These observations should describe the damages on the packaging but also and most importantly, the damages to the contents of the package. You must send to SoDivin a copy of the claim within 48 hours. If this procedure is not done correctly, the transporter will refuse any claim for reimbursement.
